Equipped with more than 10 years of fitness experience, and an educational background in Medical Science and Psychology, he is a Certified Personal Training Specialist, an entrepreneur, an influencer, and an author. Andy is on a mission to bring the most enjoyable form of fitness lifestyle to everyone. Andy understands that not everyone wants to or can prioritize fitness in their lives. With people’s various other priorities in life, becoming fit and healthy has been a top challenge for the majority.

 

Not everyone wants to be bodybuilders. Most people just want to look better and feel better. Andy is determined to help people look at their best that they can look, and feel at their best that they can feel.

 

Growing up, Andy was overweight. After numerous painful experiences throughout childhood and early adult years, such as those related to peer and romantic relationships, Andy’s self-esteem was knocked to rock bottom. Thus, his journey to seek for a full physique transformation began, when he decided that enough was enough.

 

Andy faced numerous obstacles throughout his journey, including but not limited to, a limited amount of available educational resources in this area at the time, fitness being at an early age in the science realm, lack of social support, and an overwhelming student life.

 

Over many years, Andy could get some results here and there, but they were never long-lasting. His number one question at the time was, “how can someone transform and keep their physique without compromising an enjoyable lifestyle?”

 

Andy believed that we all seek a physique upgrade to upgrade our lives, and that it would all be meaningless if we have to suffer to maintain that body. The traditional bodybuilding centers around the idea of “no pain no gain”. But Andy refused to believe that the only way to “gain” is from pain. Traditional bodybuilding is great, but it certainly doesn’t fit most people’s needs.

 

Fast forwarding to today, Andy has that answer. And with that answer, he has developed a revolutionized method that is different from the intimidating traditional bodybuilding, and fits the needs of “the average person”. Under his coaching and guidance, countless people’s lives were changed. Andy is committed to impacting the world’s living quality with his lifestyle-friendly fitness philosophies and proven methods.
