Let me first tell you that Andy and his “transformation system” aren’t what your typical trainer would be like. He not only showed me what I thought was previously not possible, but he also showed me how I can get fit in an easy way that I’ve never heard of.

I always had thought that losing weight meant that I wouldn’t be allowed to eat, and I would have to do tiring workouts everyday. I was ready to eat nothing but chicken breast and broccoli! But luckily, none of that was true. When I first started with Andy, I told him, “Three months. For 3 whole months, I’ll do everything you say.” And within 3 months, I already started seeing incredible results, and best of all, in an easy and enjoyable way. Andy had shown me what most people are doing wrong, and it’s no wonder why most people aren’t fit. They’re doing things the hard way, so they're more likely to quit.

Through proper training regimes and nutrition guidance from Andy, I was able to change my physique safely while learning to love the process. I couldn’t ever have imagined what I’d look like with abs on me. Thank you, Andy. You changed my life.
